Please call your insurance provider to ensure what kind of coverage you have. Some plans only cover a certain percentage of the massage, some plans require doctor notes and some plans do not allow direct billing. Whatever dollar amount is not covered by your insurance provider you will be responsible for paying that amount.
Work and Life Balance
We require a 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment, if you are unable to do so you will be charged the full amount of the massage price.
