Sound Bath is happening on April 19 at 10:30 am. The sound of the instruments and vibrations have a very nurturing effect on our nervous system. When our nervous system is in a relaxed state we're able to regulate ourselves on a deeper level. All you have to bring is a yoga mat, blanket (if you don't have a yoga mat bring 2 blankets) and a pillow. It's only $20. Six spots are available. Come and join again or if you are new to this then come and try it out.
Location is at the Home-Based Office (address provided once booked)
Please scroll down the page to book your spot.

Each massage will be uniquely created just for you. Through a thorough intake and assessment process we will be able to understand what is needed during the massage in order to achieve our goals. We may also provide exercises or stretches or other advice specific to your concerns. Your therapist has a thorough understanding and knowledge to apply the appropriate techniques during the massage.

The Graston Technique is a specialized form of manual therapy that uses stainless-steel instruments to detect and treat soft tissue. It is especially great in treating ligament, tendon and fascial issues. Such as chronic postural issues, ligament sprains, tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries and many more. It promotes healing and mobility.
Look on their website for more information and to find the latest research that supports this amazing technique.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a non-invasive technique that uses light touch, often no more than the weight of a nickel, to assess the craniosacral system and correct any restrictions. During a typical session, the pracitioner will place their hands on key areas of the body - usually the head, neck, spine, and sacrum - and gently feel for rhythmic movements. These subtle movements, referred to as the "cranial rhythm", are caused by the ebb and flow of cerebrospinal fluid. The practitioner can detect disruptions in this rhythm, which might indicate blockages or tension, and use soft manipulations to restore balance and fluidity. Cranial Sacral Therapy enables the body to self-correct, helping to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and promote a sense of well-being.
This technique can be easily incorporated into your therapeutic massage and is highly recommended if you are feeling stressed out.

Sounds and vibrations of instruments have shown through research to have a very positive effect on our nervous system, emotional well being and even our organs.
It also has shown up throughout historic ceremonial events from all different cultures and it still plays a huge part in our society today.
